Delivery and Exchange

Returns and Exchanges:

– Certain products on our website are made to order and returns are not accepted. This statement is clearly stated on the product detail pages.

– There is NO right to return or exchange for products that have been tried on and purchased from our store.

– To create a return request, you must fill out the “ Contact Form ” on our website. You must select the option you want to process in the contact form and fill in your explanations. After we receive your contact form, we will get back to you via e-mail.

- Products sent to us without filling out the contact form will not be accepted.

-You must make your exchange or return request within 7 days. If the request is not made within the specified period, exchange or return cannot be made.

-You will be sent a shipping code via e-mail regarding your return. You can send your cargo to us with Aras Cargo, with which we have an agreement, using the shipping code sent.

– If you want to send your package with a different cargo company other than Aras Cargo, the entire shipping fee is your responsibility. Cargos sent to us with a pay-as-you-go policy other than Aras Cargo will not be accepted by our company.

– You can deliver your package to the nearest Aras Cargo branch by entering the Aras Cargo customer code sent to you by e-mail. Please have your tracking number with you.

– Once the products we receive are reviewed for compliance with the return conditions and your return request is approved, your refund will be made by us within 5 business days. The reflection period for each bank is different, after we make your return, you can query your transactions awaiting authorization from your bank.

-Used, unlabelled and unbranded products are not subject to exchange or return.

-Exchange and return of products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed in the model, broken, etc.) are not accepted.

-Products that have been tested with strong-smelling perfumes or deodorants that may leave marks will not be accepted for exchange or return.

– If you want to return your online orders from our store, you must make an appointment and come to our store.

Delivery:

– Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times of the products on the product detail pages.

- For questions regarding your order, address change requests, etc., you can fill out the contact form and send us your requests and questions via e-mail. We will get back to you via the e-mail you filled in.
